How We Prepare to Protect & Paint The Exterior of
Your Home.
1. Trench 2" below the ground around the foundation
where it meets the earth.
2. Pretreat mold and mildew to kill and eliminate it.
3. Pressure wash the exterior of your home to ensure proper cleaning
so the paint will last longer, without chipping or peeling.
4. Mask all windows and cover any fixtures, out door furniture, landscaping,
hardscape or any other item to protect them from over spray in the course
of painting.
5. Repair and Texture all cracks and voids in stucco surfaces to match
existing Texture.
6. Repair, scrape, and patch or sand all wood surfaces with appropriate
patching materials and abrasives. If wood in any area is too damaged
or rotted then Replacement wood available at an additional cost.
7. Caulk or fill all wood to wood trim and wood to stucco joints with
appropriate caulk, spackle or putty as required to span and seam joints
of windows and all decorative trim.
8. Apply a Good Quality Primer Coat to all bare wood, stucco and metal
surfaces
9. Apply all Paint with airless sprayer on all surfaces except for trim
and doors for complete and even coverage.
10. Clean up and remove all masking, coverings and prep work, filling
in dirt of the 2” Trench, around house dug earlier. Leaving the
job cleaner than we started.
PLUS We then walk around the Exterior to do a final inspection
with owner or manager to ensure 100 % quality customer satisfaction.
