How We Prepare to Protect & Paint The Interior of Your Home.

1. Mask off all windows with tape and Plastic and cover any fixtures
3. Remove Hardware and Switch Plate Covers
3. Tape off around Base Boards and Counter Tops, covering couter tops with Plastic
4. Cover Floors, move Furniture to center of Room and cover with Plastic to protect them from over spray in the course of painting.
2. Caulk cracks and fill all nail holes with spackle
3. Repair Drywall Damage, using Spackle, Sand and Match existing Texture of Walls
4. Apply a Good Quality Primer Coat and Sand Doors for prep of final Coat of Paint
5. Clean up and remove all masking, coverings and prep work
6. Replace Furniture and Fixtures and Switch Plate Covers leaving the job cleaner than we started.
PLUS We then do a walk through of Interior to do a final inspection with owner or manager to ensure 100 % quality customer satisfaction.
